Questions
What counts as a channel?
Each connected profile or page: an Instagram account, a Facebook Page, an X account and so on. Your bill is the number of channels connected, never per post.
What happens when I add or remove a channel?
Adding one charges the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period. Removing one credits the difference to your next invoice.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Any time, from Settings → Billing. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated; cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Does the AI post for me?
Never. It suggests what to post and when, based on your brand and your results; a person always reviews and schedules.
